AYLAN MEDIA SERVICES LLC is a graphic design studio. We build brand identities and prepare the artwork that goes onto products, packaging, storefronts and print.
The gap we fill
A logo is not
a deliverable.
A great many small businesses have paid for a logo and received exactly that: one file, no palette specified, no type system, nothing sized for the places it needs to go. The first time it meets a printer or a print-on-demand upload form, it falls apart.
We work the other way round. The identity is built as a system from the start — marks, colour specified in the values both screen and press require, type with a working hierarchy, and usage rules anyone can follow. Then the production side: artwork prepared to the exact specification of wherever it is going.
It is unglamorous work and it is the part that decides whether a brand actually holds together in the world. Scope and price are fixed in writing before anything starts, and every handover includes the editable source files.

The price is agreed before work starts
Every project is quoted as a fixed deliverable set with a fixed number of revision rounds. If the brief grows, we re-quote in writing rather than send a surprise invoice.
No post-delivery feesThe work is yours on payment
Full commercial rights in the delivered artwork transfer to you on final payment, including the right to sell products carrying it. Source files are included as standard.
Source files always includedOriginal artwork only
We produce original work and do not reproduce third-party logos, characters or trademarked material. Any licensed fonts or stock elements are identified on handover.

Artwork is prepared to the published specification of your supplier or platform. If an upload is rejected on a file-specification issue, we correct it at no charge.

We work with independent merchants, print-on-demand and e-commerce sellers, small product businesses, hospitality and local service companies, and other studios needing production capacity.
We do not take on work that reproduces third-party trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters; adult content; counterfeit or replica goods; or designs promoting hatred or violence against any group. These are declined regardless of budget.
